Qualifications:
Minimum of three years’ experience in electrical field work
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
Experience with commercial and industrial electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
Proficiency in using standard electrical tools and equipment
Journeyman certification is a plus, but not required
Foreman-level experience is highly desirable
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Work Schedule and Expectations
The standard work schedule runs from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of overtime when needed. While an on-call rotation has not yet been implemented, it may be introduced as the department grows. Some travel and overnight stays may be required, typically within a two-hour radius of the company’s home office.
