First library card

By Alfenette Robinson

First library card

Landon Perkins age 6, a student at Clinton Park Elementary School, was issued his first library card by the Annie Thompson Jeffers Library in Bolton. His parents are Jermaine and Whitney Perkins. His favorite book is Bath time for Biscuit and his favorite library is the Annie Thompson Jeffers library.

Everyone is encouraged to get their very own library card. Through access to technology, media resources, and educational programs, a library card gives students the tools to succeed in the classroom and provides people of all ages opportunities to pursue their dreams and passions. Adults can find continuing education resources, local history, and genealogy resources, book clubs, and engaging programs.
