BEEMS Announces Early Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year

Bolton-Edwards Elementary/Middle School (BEEMS) is gearing up for early registration for the upcoming academic year. Parents and guardians are encouraged to take advantage of designated registration dates to secure a spot for their child.
Pre-K and Kindergarten Registration
Registration for Pre-K and Kindergarten will be held on the following dates and times:
March 31, April 2, and April 3 – 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
April 1 – 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM
To complete the registration process, parents must bring the following required documents:
Birth Certificate (Long Form)
Mississippi Immunization Compliance Form (Form 121)
Parent or Guardian’s ID Card
Two (2) Current Proofs of Residency – These must display a street address (P.O. Boxes are not accepted). Acceptable proof includes utility bills, mortgage statements, or lease agreements dated within the last 30 days. Junk mail will not be accepted.
Registration for All Other Grades
Students in grades 1-8 can register on the following dates and times:
April 7, 9, 10, 11, 17, and 23 – 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
April 22 – 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Required documents for registration include:
Parent or Guardian’s ID Card
Two (2) Current Proofs of Residency – These must be in the same name and display a street address (P.O. Boxes are not accepted).
Updated Mississippi Immunization Compliance Form (Form 121) – Incoming 7th graders must have proof of a TDAP shot included on the form.
BEEMS emphasizes the importance of early registration to ensure a smooth enrollment process for all students. By preparing the required documents in advance, families can avoid delays and secure their child’s placement for the upcoming academic year.
